Saudi Arabia has raised the localization rate (Saudization) to 60% across 18 marketing and sales professions, reinforcing efforts to increase Saudi workforce participation in the private sector. This policy change aims to boost employment opportunities for nationals and strengthen the local talent pipeline.
Officials noted that the updated quota reflects broader labor market reforms intended to enhance workforce inclusivity and diversify economic participation in line with Vision 2030 goals.
